Welcome to Cloortt, an apparel management platform provided by Thriigset. By accessing or using our website, web application, and mobile software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of the Cloortt platform.
Account Registration & Atelier Roles
You must provide accurate information when registering your studio account. Subscription plans define the maximum number of staff seats, client profiles, and storage allocations assigned to your fashion organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription Payments & Renewals
Paid plans (Starter, Atelier, Studio) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing cycle.
Fair Usage & Platform Limits
Cloortt enforces limits on customer records, staff access, and media storage based on your selected plan tier. Attempting to bypass system limits or reverse engineer platform endpoints is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All Cloortt branding, interface designs, software code, and documentation are the exclusive property of Thriigset. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Cloortt materials without prior written consent. Your uploaded content (measurements, sketches, media) remains your intellectual property at all times.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse platform resources. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, all data associated with your account will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
Cloortt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Thriigset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
