Terms of Service

Welcome to Cloortt. We are an apparel management platform built and operated by Thriigset. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Cloortt website, web application, progressive web app, mobile app, and desktop app. By creating an account or using any part of our platform, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use Cloortt.

Account Registration

To use Cloortt, you need to create an account using either your email address or your Google account. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for keeping your login credentials secure. Any activity that happens under your account is your responsibility.

Once you are signed in, you can create or join an organization. An organization is where your fashion business lives on Cloortt. You can invite team members to your organization, and each team member gets their own access based on their assigned role. The number of team members, customer profiles, garments, and storage space available to your organization depends on the subscription plan you choose.

What You Can Do on Cloortt

Cloortt is designed for fashion designers, tailors, and apparel businesses who want a better way to manage their operations. Through the platform, you can add and manage customer profiles with their contact details and body measurements. You can create garments, set pricing, and organize them with body parts and categories. You can create orders, track payments and balances, assign order items to team members, attach notes and photos, and monitor delivery statuses. You can also manage your team by inviting members and controlling what they can access within your organization.

All of these features are subject to the limits of your current subscription plan. If you reach a limit, you will be prompted to upgrade.

Subscription Payments and Renewals

Cloortt offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, and are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle. All payments are processed securely through Paystack. When you subscribe, Paystack handles the initial charge, creates the subscription, and manages subsequent billing on our behalf.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it. If a renewal payment fails, your subscription status will be marked as past due. We will attempt to charge your card again over the course of the billing period. If all attempts fail, your subscription will not be renewed and your organization will be moved back to the free plan.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your access to paid features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle.

Fair Usage and Platform Limits

Each subscription plan has limits on the number of customers, team members, garments, body parts, and file storage available to your organization. These limits exist to keep the platform running smoothly for everyone. Attempting to bypass these limits, abuse system resources, or reverse engineer any part of the Cloortt platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of your account without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

Everything that makes Cloortt what it is, including the brand name, logo, interface designs, software code, and documentation, belongs to Thriigset. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any of these materials without our written permission.

On the other hand, everything you upload to Cloortt, including your customer records, measurements, garment details, order data, photos, and notes, belongs entirely to you. We do not claim ownership over any of your content.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse platform resources. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action, unless the situation requires immediate response.

You can delete your account at any time through your account settings. When you do, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

Cloortt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform reliable and available, Thriigset is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. In any event, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you have paid for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Your continued use of Cloortt after any changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
